（吉隆坡17日讯）安四方集团（Ancubic Group）在莎阿南哥打哥文宁南部推出Ancubic Harmoni综合发展项目，发展总值达25亿令吉，重新定义城市生活体验。

该集团将于2月25日举办Ancubic Harmoni销售厅开幕仪式，主宾为科学、工艺革新部长郑立慷。

会上，Ancubic Valley私人有限公司也将与Village Grocer、Aurelius医院及大马环境、社会和监管（ESG）公会签署合作备忘录，正式建立伙伴关系。

坐落在丹绒十二的Ancubic Harmoni总占地33英亩，共分为9个地块，将设专业医疗和护理中心、高端超市、饮食和商业地带、中心广场及高层住宅等，融合智能生活方式和大自然，展示丰富的绿色环境气氛，毗邻多个成熟城镇项目，可为居民提供更广泛的商业、金融、保健和休闲等便利设施。

2地块年内动工

首个地块为占地4.66英亩的Botanical Pavillion，以花园式的大道设计为主，将建有46间3.5及4层、带电梯的新时代高级店铺，建筑面积从5403平方尺起，设有地下室商用泊车场、24小时保安及清洁服务，预计今年第二季度动工。

第二个地块则是3.91英亩的服务式公寓，将间498个住宅单位以及104个办公和零售单位，料于今年第四季度动工。

第八个地块为以Village Grocer为主的Village Pavillion，占地6.22英亩，将建499套SOHO单位及280间5层带电梯零售单位，并设地下室商用停车场、Village Suite、展示厅、Boulevard行人道及小花园等，预计今年第三季度动工。

Ancubic Group has launched its sales gallery for its RM2.5 billion GDV mixed development project Ancubic Harmoni, which consist of retail, serviced apartments, office suites and others.

Ancubic will be extending for 6 lanes on his areas on Persiaran Rimbayu, which i can foreseen it will become traffic bottleneck later. hopefully MDKL can bring all the surrounding developer to sit down together for infrastructure improvement on this,
