A cup of tea or some healthy snack would help.

Maybe because your daily sleep hours are irregular or not enough or you take too much carbs during the day which can lead to an afternoon lull. Try to keep to the same hours of sleeping and rising daily and ensure you get adequate hours of quality sleep. Don't take too much carbs for lunch and maybe hot tea will help too.

These are the right questions. It is also important to know whether do you take caffeinated food or beverages at night (eg chocolate flavored beverages). Regular exercises will ensure your body burned excess energy and ensure you have a good night sleep

It’s normal. I’m in my early 20s with similar problem like you
What I did to minimise was wake up late during weekend and eat more greens for lunch. Exercise in the evening and sleep early

Coffee nap? Drink coffee, then set alarm for 15 minutes. The caffeine would kick in when you wake up.
