Because transportation isn't very accessible here at all, sg ppl come in by the bulk via bus, once you leave the immigration, most if not all will grab over to their destination , with the seemingly worst jam over at the pickup points each day as time progresses, you only can cater to so many of these tourist via grab. Mrt is very viable in JB right now, too bad it hasn't been done so earlier, as usual stupid planning.
