The biggest red flag is a finders fee on top of the course price. This is detrimental to the seller/course provider as part of his potential clientele is shown/charged a higher price. This may cause customers to be disasstifed when they find out they overpaid or potential customers not to go ahead because it's expensive

Both hurts the reputation and bottom line of the seller. Something the hero above can't quite seem to grasp

It's reselling without permission and with possible misrepresentation. Middle man is part of the sales channel and the seller is aware. The seller isn't aware in this case.

I cannot stomach misrepresentation and impersonation. Professionally it hurts honest ppls reputation, business wise you potentially taking money from this sellers pocket by reducing his client base or damaging his reputation
