Kindly advice what my father should do to reactive the account back
he had done the chat support system and it tell him wait 24-48 hours since monday.
do he need to call ? does the call need money to pay since it call to sg grab ?

back story how this happen :
he delivery food to the customer but unfortunately during the delivery , the line is weak in that area so he could not take photo to proof the delivery and after that he forgot to take photo and this error happen.
