ur right. i think above 1 million property, bank will only facilitate max 80% loan. in his case if 9.7 million, he need to fork up 1.94m of deposit. i have no idea how much the sponsor of products he endorse pay him oso. just by collecting money from his youtube monetization dozen some to be sufficient to fund his lifestyle
