It's actually pretty common with all other sports clubs on the island such as CRC, CSC & PSC. You want out, find someone else to carry your baggage but usually these clubs have a notice board of sort to let you advertise your intention to offload the membership.

PGC is quite open so just drop by, look around & see if there's such a board there. The club is quite delapidated though & IINM, it's currently owned by Japanese owner.
