 Renew car license no more physical card?

The "card" is a laminated piece of paper, not a licence. It is only valid if shown with the expired original licence.

It is NOT valid for international use.

If you want a full licence like before, you have to pay extra, and show "evidence" you want to drive overseas.... passport, flight ticket etc...

Crazy.

Anyone know if the renewal laminated card got English? If not, then cannot loh....

Car rentals usually don't care...just hope you don't accident and need to deal with police.
