I think NTY and the other singles player, Jin Hao has very good net play and covers their court very well.  What is lacking is their mental strength and changes of strategy DURING the game when their opponents also change their strategy middle of the game. 
I honestly feel that in terms of skills and talents, we are equal to the best.  What is lacking is the mental strength and strategic changes during the game.  For this, I like to see us employ an European coach to fortify this, especially the danes.  We have been using Indonesia as our coach.  I believe we need more variety and versatility by getting coaches from other countries as well.
