Hi,

Already soft launched. Agent told me 50% sold for Block A. Block B not launch yet. Total 1200+ units.

Any comments on this project?

Hi Nick, do you know if they've started the project? Wondering how long it will take as I was told the complete project is quite big.

Just visited the gallery, this is super premium service apartment, and the smallest unit 500sqft that cost around 500k, already sold out.

This project wanna full sell out 1st block also so susah, while exsim punya damansara central park already fully sold 6 7 block maybe..

Something must be off for buyer to prefer damansara central park over this by so far ..

I guess is pricing, and carpark issue

Smallest unit 554 sqft (1-bedder) is limited edition unit coz only 1 unit per floor. Good buy for long term rental yield and potential capital appreciation when other phases roll out.

Median price for BSD is RM500+ psf

TA Global trying to push the price to 900 psf because Ativo Suites are around RM900+ psf
