How many Mazda 3 hatchback can sell? Average less than 1000 units yearly, sometimes less than 500 units for whole malaysia.
In business perspective, mana ada laku... Car salesmen pun susah cari makan, 1 salesmen jual 1 unit 1 bulan pun susah.... Best seller for Mazda sales center still mazda Suvs..

Well, they don’t need to keep stock. Just make to order. Mazda2 also nobody is buying. But they still sell them anyway.

But then Honda is CKD, make to order might not be economically viable if the demand low. And they don’t want to sell hatchback at significantly expensive price than the sedan. That’s why.
