Guys, could you list all the website that got problem like shopee. I just recently make complaint to tm and the only problem that I know is shopee. If got others can add some more. Since monday last week I got problem lagging nearly 8pm then after 12pm no lag. Unifi only problem, tested other network maxis, onexox no problem. You guys should also make complaint to tm

Update:
Today tm people come to check and he said the problem with the lagging issue is due to last year free upgrade speed, he said the staff set the server setting randomly which is incorrect, which mine should be speed 300mbps but set as 800mbps ( which I've tested before only got 300mbps), in which he said this cause the lagging issue. Using currently no problem, usually mine already lag like shit now. So those with problem should call tm make report, and if they said want to reset port said already done so and it does not fix the issue so that they will open report and come fix to your house

Guys I finally receive a sms stating they detected prob and need to do restoration. They ask me to go to a url ending with fixmyunifi

Not too sure if it's legit why ask to go web if got prob just fix it lahhh why as me to visit a link

Should I just go tmnet or use the link they sent me?

both using Unifi fiber

They said they just set the server correctly, as he only call me I'm working at the time, and the one at home is my mother. Maybe need to check at the site to know the problem. No change of modem and router as those not the issue.

Last night mine no problem at all with shopee or any website, for sure not shopee problem because I got this problem since monday last week and since been monitoring the same time frame problem keep occuring but when using mobile data shopee no lag, then report to tm friday only reset port not working, sunday report again and they open report, yesterday come fix and my problem no longer occur. But still monitoring as the person ask me to directly whatsapp him if still got problem

UNIFI since 2020 after 8pm until 2am can’t use and they don’t care
