Hi I'm looking for semi d/bungalow house to buy for own use.

-freehold
-new or subsale
-budget 5-7mil
-klang valley area, subang, damasara
-nice neighbourhood

Villa manja seems good

Setia ecopark is great

Many more like.valencia sierramas or old ones in bangsar and Damansara heights

Mont Kiara also have pj also have

Many many many at this price range

Maybe u can be more specific?

Im just starting to look around. Mostly i got is Elmina (freehold) and subang bestari (leasehold).
I need advice/suggestion on places that i can look for. Mount kiara and bangsar sounds good, any specific area projects? I have not gone around mount kiara or damasara heights area before.

Preferably 30-40mins drive to KL.

Prefer DOUBLE STOREY (2-Storey units).

Spacious land

Would like to avoid Sg.Buloh and Rawang areas for now,last option.

With your budget, there are plenty choices in lelong as summarized below:
RM 1.4M - Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur (2 Storey Semi-D, Land Size 4000sqft)
RM 1.7M - Taman Yarl, 58200 Kuala Lumpur (2 Storey Semi-D, Land Size 5000sqft)
RM 2.5M - Taman Yarl, 58200 Kuala Lumpur (2 Storey Semi-D, Land Size 5600sqft)
RM 4.0M - Taman Bangsar (Bangsar Park), 59000 Kuala Lumpur (2.5 Storey Bungalow, Land Size 5000sqft)

Not withstanding the house condition in lelong, the surplus of your saving can be used to renovate the unit, and all the locations are within 30min driving distance to KL. Do pm if u are interest to know more. Thx

Since you have the high budget min 5 mil, you just search from property website and arrange a viewing, the neighborhood is noone can give you the answer, as i know few super rich man , they stay in their old neighborhood, their son and daughter also bought and stay nearby , it is not about good or bad neighborhood, is about whether any good subsales unit available in the super rich man area.

For new area such as Elmina , it will be less amenities compared to mature area, but all the specified requirements didnt list down, so noone really know your own requirements, example.distance to KL, 30 min diving distance if during working hour, you need find other nearer location but not elmina

I know for new area, normally the landscaping is nicer, but it is not the only concern, some people prefer to have a good school nearby, don't think rich man only send their kid to international school, i know one of the SRJK C is famous for rich man, the rich man is not millionaire level, is mucj higher than millionaire.

Anyway, with your budget, just search from.property website, and contact the agent, they very happy to serve you for multiple house viewing, then you can also observe different area and feel it. Some unit and area when you visit, you already have bad feeling, even if the unit is in good condition, the area is quite clean, just skip this kind of property.

2 storey with many rooms
But it is leasehold...
Developer will renew back 99 years

Plenty of choices at this budget. Why not ara damansara - i believe Seri Pilmoor bungalows by Sime Darby may have balance units

i think for bungalow/large landed, the 1st criteria is land size, built up and number of rooms. After that only budget. This will really narrow ur search.

Yes i understand this part...but for now i need advice on places or projects to look for so i can personally go and have a look/feel of the area.

Suggestions on places or projects would be helpful to add to my survey list.

Your can explore the new Semi D or Bungalows either The Rafflesia @ Damansara Perdana, or Polofield Residences @ Kota Damansara,
