if you join gahmen service, they come up with lots of nonsensical rules and regulations but you just need to comply and suck it up.

my sis work in govt service frontliner. MCO time cannot even take a single day off because govt directive. end up accumulation months and months of annual leave. Around 2022 unfortunately got into an accident and have to take medical leave, took some time to fully recover more than 3 months, so she also consume her annual leave on top of the medical leave. Then you know what happen, govt just take back her COLA for the 3 months, saying that the rules states any leave taken more than 3 months not entitled to COLA.
