SGD 2000 installment also difficult to pay as a SG person. Dunno what kind of B40 they would be over there.

Licenced debt collector company is legal. Debt collectors know their line, hence the recording. They won't bodily assault you, but that macha tunggu kena kutip.

Probably trying to scam. Unless he is not happy with workmanship or something, but once a contract is signed, should have just pay and then bring to tribunal for dispute on quality.

Yeah, I meant my comment is after the guy got whacked. Now this becomes a criminal case, so for the safety of debt collector, should just go and make a police report and let police deal with the macha

These debt collector are called the "polite" ones...
Real bad ass debt collector don't even need to face to face with the debtor, automatically the debtor will bring money to the debt collector as a "peace offering" whistling.gif
