You can always deck out the bathroom with expensive marble but the finish can be natural. If so, there will be grip.

Most of the tiles if they don't wash every week grimes from the shampoo will build up and it will be slippery.

Tiles with texture finish is okay.

Also remember to clean your bathroom don't let grimes build up.
