Serious .. I hv spoken to a lot of painters and their advise is dont paint the roof ..

if done correctly, maybe can last 5 years and won't clot the roof tiles rain water grout.
End of the day, once the paint start to peel or lose the colour, it look much worse than before.

If done wrongly, leaking everywhere and there is no other solutions except need replace the whole tiles


Do remember all the original roof tiles colour are baked to withstand our crazy weather.
Do you think just cleaning and paint over like that will last longer than you think
