How to remove downligh casing without damage it, Tips on remove downlight casing

 I am DIY light source by changing to LED. And i come across with this kind of downlight casing. How to remove this downlight casing without damaging it ? Currently i am using plier to remove all hinge/spring at the side of it to take it out. But if i can take it out without damaging it, it could be saved for future use. |

If me, I will press 1 again 2 together and remove /slight it out without any tools.
