they do have a "</> EMBED" tab from the dropdown menu of the post but i have no clue how to properly embed it on here sweat.gif
from that tab, they provide us a code to copy, example below is the code generated from the "</> EMBED" :-

As long as the post/reel's visibility is set to public, just copy the link as is and it should work
