Currently running rtx 3070 ti, card is great but I am unable to maintain ultra settings at 1080p.. I'm tempted to get 4070 super or 4070 ti, I can't get the 4080 and above because my PSU is only 750w, I'm not looking to upgrade my psu, I'm on MATX build so big gpus aren't an option for me, what do you all think? Should I get the 4070 Super or just wait for 50 series???

Also what about you guys? Would you get the 40 series or wait for 50 series? and what gpu are you running right now?

most of the time you wouldnt notice the differences between High and Ultra

Use DLSS la.

I can run 2K and 4K at Ultra settings with DLSS on at maintain at 165fps (locked to monitor refresh rate).

and I'm only running 3070 in CODMW3 (Warzone).

Also this is the prime example of someone who buys something but doesn't know how to utilise their equipment properly.

Wait 5k series. Usually good ones are 1,3,5.... Look how bad are 2,4 series. They are usually experimental series.

40 super is shit

DLSS is not raw performance.. Not all games support DLSS. I prefer raw performance, native!

Wait ? I tot 50 series coming out q2 2025. 4090 is the best but mahal tahap gaban. nothing comes close. Any other sku is a compromise. Yer just use dlss. Dunno why ppl hating on it but no issue pun.

most likely 5090 and 5080 by Q4. 5070 and 5060 will come early next year.

the jump from 3000 to 4000 series is negligible

unless you really have a tonne of money at disposal, not advisable. always wait at least 2 iterations for a worthier "upgrade"

how do you use ultra settings dlss?

I thought u still need to preset to ultra, then setup dlss to max quality?
or should I use preset balance or low then setup dlss to max quality?

Doesn't sounds right. Sure not your cpu bottleneck?

Yes I'm sure I'm not bottlenecked, there are some games that I cannot maintain solid 60fps at ultra settings, don't get me wrong, lots of other games I can easily max out at more than 60fps, but not all, that's what "Annoyed" me lol, I only play games at 1080P, I have 3 cpus, Ryzen 9 5950x, Ryzen 7 5700x and Ryzen 7 5800X3D.

Games that I cannot maintain 60fps+ are debatable, some might say it's poorly optimized while I do agree but based off my observations I saw 4070 Super and TI were able to blow unoptimized games out of the water. Games I'm generally speaking of are Starfied and such.

AMD is using FSR, same thing really.
