The only effective local authority is the one at Kulai, it would be higher growth than the jaybee in future

1.Kulai Municipal Council even developed "fast lane" in dealing with business
2. They has the higher amount of AI camera and traffic light in Johor.
3. the data centre are mostly located in Kulai, due to the fast lane and also the cheaper land price.
4. Even the famous Zaha Hadid Architects going to design for Ibrahim Technopolis in Johor.

Other reason was
1. Talent retained (since it distance to Singapore those graduate cannot commute daily).
2. Land cost is cheaper
3. Its part of the special economy zone

It was introduced to speed up the process of obtaining physical development applications in the district by expediting approval process for construction permits, such as Certificate of Completion and Compliance and operating licenses for foreign investors by reducing bureaucratic red tape.

“Starting from the investment agreement to the opening ceremony of this logistics centre, it only took 23 months compared with previously, when it would have taken longer,” Onn Hafiz said.
