For me recently started muscletech. Love it. Thier choc flavour macam Ada coconut flavour too in it
30gram per scoop ( with bigger scoop offcourse) with additional creatine Very easy and smooth to shake. Will use this moving forward. Tried usn but felt my shit was smellier and bloating. Individual issue |
