first off... please use proper English... otherwise we waste time trying to figure out what exactly you mean.

to your issue, it appears that the mpeg video may have been merged into one 'track' which means when iTunes tries to convert, it doesn't have an audio track to use.

the mpeg file in the beginning is the problem.
