for a few photos on top. at Phnom Penh and Kampot I'm using S2is. And my S2is failed me when it was submerged into flood while I'm at Kampot. I was stayin in the riverside and it rained all night long. Those photos in Siem Reap and Angkor I'm using ixus75.

hey no problem. thanks for the comment and suggestion.
I'm not sure if i wanna apply the rule of third in some of the scenery photo because some of the scenery got some unwanted elements like... how should i say... some thing like distraction. for example, crooked trees, buildings and etc.

hm... actually how i apply it is you either focus 2/3 of the sky and 1/3 of the land or vice-versa... since it should only be blue sky then it shouldnt be a problem lor...if got distraction then of coz leave it out lor blush.gif

No problem bro, at least you got the monks and the super-friendly kids, haha! Was it rainy season over there now, coz it's close to end of the year already. I plan to go there next year, still saving it up for the trip. What was your budget like?

2 things that I must do next year.
Able to shoot good photos and visit to Angkor Wat.

But I just can't get the image so sharp and color contrasted so well.
Wonder any advise can you give to a newbie like me?
If there any PS editing that I should especially master?

Ahh... you should go to Cambodia. smile.gif It's awesome.
I'm no pro photographer. I'm just a newbie like you. Still using PnS camera. laugh.gif
PS editing... You can experimenting some of the functions. Just like me I explore PS myself for test and trial. That's the way I learn. Anyway, I believe that framing a picture will make the photo looks much better. Prolly you can try to learn framing in PS.
