Reinforcement for Proton S70 rear bumper

Many (maybe majority?) of our CKD or CBU-Thai/Indo/Viet cars these days don’t have rear collision reinforcement beams.
Reason: Because not required for ASEAN NCAP.
We get crap because our standards and buying power are crap.
