I self renovated most stuff in my rumaweep. Only had to pay cash for grille and big lorry. Everything else put on credit card.

I played with 0% Flexipay, 0%Balance Transfer and 0%Cash Advance. I have the cash to cover the renovation which for me is 45k. But I choose to leverage it to gain some buffer for any issues, gain interest from money market and wait for my paycheck to support my debt.
Very risky but it's still within my tolerance as I am meticulous enough to make sure that I don't pay a single cent in interest.
