Does anyone know the current salary for M or SM level roles in BNM or SC?

I checked Glassdoor, but it seems like M earns average of RM8k/month while SM earns around RM12.5k/month at SC, seems kinda low.

Thanks!

You are talking about a government agency, not a profit-oriented corporation.

Of course, there is a salary disparity between the two. If you are talking about senior management or C level, I believed the salary is more less the same

What you got from glassdoor should be about right; there's also a capping mechanism on ceiling pay at each grade so when you hit the ceiling, the only way to break it is to get promoted and it's not necessarily easy especially beyond SM
TBH, I've seen your past posts on the forum and you seem to be the ambitious and aggressive type. I don't think BNM and SC would suit you. People go there because they want an easy, stable life. The progression is slooooooow, have to deal with lots of redtapes and dinosaurs yawn.gif

The benefits for both org are above average; unlimited private healthcare benefits, good bonus (3mths for average performer, 6 mths for top performer)

There used to be post retirement private healthcare benefits, but they have terminated that and only applies to oldtimers
