Personally, would travel every 3 months or so. Since TS enjoy nice food, suggest to spend 2 weeks or so in one area like Tuscany, Barcelona, Lyon, etc. Places in NYC, Washington DC, San Francisco, Boston, Philadelphia, etc have many good food.
