Been busy furnishing the house in Sydney - and doing day to day shopping. It’s quite fun actually. Not something I would do in Singapore.

To some, this may seem mundane and boring and just another normal routine. To me, it’s actually quite an interesting experience and being semi retired is all about enjoying experiences smile.gif

We have properties over at Lower North Shore and Inner City (near the water). We gave notice to our tenant that we wanted our house in the Inner City suburbs back and that’s the one we just finished renovating (took us nearly 3 years because of COVID!).

Are you familiar with Sydney suburbs?

House better rent out since you are away for most of the time, unless you have caretakers and gardeners taking care of the property or relative/friends staying around the corner, risk getting break in and misc issues from storms, hail, tree fall, etc...

inner city near water that is good would be Concorde? Five Docks are too noisy. Rich usually will go look at the Eastern surburbs.
