How do I get points if no physical card?

Yes, i kena this, selfie until cannot get my face correctly, go to counter and ask to wait 1 hr pulak, terus sound the staff and let me cut queue and get it done.

Now renew card also has to do appointment, ini genting getting more and more cacat

The old card from pre-MCO time has to upgrade to new card, good luck in renewing it.

nowadays don't need to queue at counter, they have kiosk for that already
and u don't really need the physical card to collect points, just use the app
and card doesn't require renewal at all unless faulty
