I know a lot of people using Optimum Nutrition, Muscletech etc....

but someone recommended this brand called Bodybuild Nutrition.

have you guys heard of this? is it any good? any advice on choosing which brand?

currently taking whey isolate and creatine.

Bodybuild Nutrition is my first whey isolate. quite cheap compared to other brands. free shake also if buy at shopee.

seems working for muscle recovery.
then i use berrolabs. more "cheaper" (but it used 2 scoops for the same amount of protein intake). doesnt seems to works.
now i dont use any brands cause of no budget.

I prefer to stay away from any kind of supplements and rely on natural food.
