consumer only pandai blame, but dint know is their responsibility to report.if u report, very fast action will be taken by bank, bcoz if not, bank will face fine by bank negara.
ie, some merchant, they still impose a rule that u need to spend minimum RM50 for example to use CC payment.
that is illegal practice, & u as consumer, is not rant on social media, but is to ask, or take a peek of what CX machine they use, then launch a complain to the bank via the BNM app.
i tried b4, within couple of days, the bank call me & ask me for the incident details.
then another few days, they called me again saying they hav issued warning to that merchant.
