The most expensive live sales i heard before in local chinese market are 20K + sales comm, it is the duet husband wife chinese partner. And it is one session (30mins) only.

But frankly speaking, if your product are attractive enough, usually it will easily covered. Because live price are way more cheaper than shopee or peak sales season. My relative selling mask only, 12.12 that night got 1.2m revenue. The expenses for the live couple are relatively small in this sense. Fucking jelly of it.
