Where to renew ah, can still pos laju?

My mum one expired ask me to renew but ppl said need to online? I register on jpj app and it says go to website public.jpj.gov.my and the site doesn't even load. Fuhhhh

Went to pos office. They said must use app now.

Reenter my app now can renew.

Not 1 Feb but around 1pm Baru working
