A question for everyone, but especially for those who uses credit card overseas

You know when you apply the card, you can have a name different than your real name?

Do you follow your real name?

Do you put initial or fake or nickname? In this case, has there been any issue?

I'm using fake name so concerned if it's usable or not, or else better I change first..
