Thanks guys, the old portal rasmi ptptn I use does not require registration, I can login with IC no and no. surat tawaran. I wait for a few more days and see if the one I use really gone for good. Then I only register the one you guys recommend. Just check the app review at google is very bad, only 1.5 star

actually what is ekyc? something like otp?

Basically, electronic Know Your Customer. Mostly uses your IC and a selfie of yourself for verification.

So you don't need to go to the office to do all this.
