 Broken Mosaic in Living Room, need advise

Hi, I notice there are some cracks / holes in the mosaic in my living room. How can we repair or fix them? Can we do it ourselves or we only can ask contractor to do the repair? Thanks in advance!

Just use white cement if u din plan to change the whole floor tiles..
