Hello guys and girls.
Im having problem with m2u biz my app.
both wife and I using checker maker account for our company.

So, whenever i login to the app, for example, mine is checker01, on my phone

her app also with have the same login checker01. on her phone.

if let say i reinstall and login with her account maker01 on her phone,

my app will have her login at the front page. maker01.


called helpline also no solution.

sidenote, we were using cloud+ sharing. but i already disconnected any sharing, so basically her phone and i supposedly independent from each other.

anyone having the same problem and got a solution?

Im assuming u used the same icloud account to download b try to make new account snd reset ur phone to new try again.

yes we did. we were on family sharing..
actually both using different icloud username.. just sharing icloud 200gb.

but l aiready disconnected any sharing.
reset phone using which setting.. can reset without deleting photos etc?
