I quite frequently use. Need to eKYC before first time use. For me it was quite fast, within 30 mins of uploading my IC and face, dah verified. Previously I transfer via Public Bank website. Quite a lot of steps, WU app much more straightforward.

Not all. CIMB has their own remittance service, Speed Send iinm. So no WU service.

Yes. Only use the app now, no more using Public Bank website. Transferred using the app quite a few times already, no issues so far. Same like transferring at branch, will immediately get MTCN number.

Should be? Never tried at 2-3am, but don't see why not? I can at least confirm after working hours still can. Latest I transferred around 11pm.
