Hi everyone
I want to purchase an apartment.
This apartment cost around 600k.
I have been working with the government for over a decade and have manage to save more than this amount.
Can anyone advise what is the best option to buy this property.
So far all my salary are paid by government and taxed.
Should I cash buy the house or LPPSA or dump all into flexi loan.
Thank you.

Invest in property for long term return, my suggestion is buy 2 unit apartment range 250k using bank loan and rent it out.. use rent income to cover your installment.. maybe need to topup a bit but after 5years most probably can cover your loan installment as rent rate always increase..

use LPPSA to buy your 600k condo..

your 600k cash invest in other good return investment that can help to pay LPPSA loan.. if you bumi can invest in asb/ahb..
