I was wondering if RSK is worth buying. I really like the location as it's in eco ardence setia alam. The neighbourhood is really nice and amenities are all close by. It is a sudden decision as my family is moving back to selangor this year due to a job opportunity so buying a house in Selangor was not really a part of our 5 year plan or anything.

A little background

The developer is Trans Loyal Sdn Bhd. Anyone know them ? Google review quite bad about them. + Booking fee is RM 1K under DF realty

Is the developer reliable ? They don't really have good reviews on their google page.

They are big player in Kajang-Bangi area

If the developer reputation is good can go ahead. 1044 is a comfortable size to live with usual size for condo today is 800 sf2. And they give you 2 parking lot.

As long the developer reputation then is ok. There is one rumahwip got terbengkalai and the buyer still need to pay full starting from 2022 till today (pity for those victims)

You can go and ask the owner of Residensi Adelia since already completed there. The quality is ok. Been there.

268k with freebies 1044sft is worth it bro, serasi ph sentral their samm units 250k but 550sft ilek freebies. This rsk very fast will be gone with d wind if dont grab now
