Replace white rice with purple sweet potato if possible.....it has lots of anthocyanin to help your situations.

Summary of the research above

Anticancer Activities: Anthocyanins exhibit anticancer properties in cell cultures, animal models, and some clinical trials.
Colorectal Cancer: They have preventive and therapeutic potential in colorectal cancer, showing significant antitumor effects.
Chemoprevention: Anthocyanins and their aglycons can delay cancer development, particularly in rodent models.
Carcinogenesis and Immune System: Consumption of anthocyanins is associated with reduced cancer risk and beneficial effects on the immune system and central nervous system disorders.
Cancer Progression: Anthocyanins may help manage and slow down cancer progression.

Means hemorrhoid should be treated by surgery?
*
It depends on the condition, eg. mild or bleeding.
Visit a specialist surgent.
There are also a few types of treatment.

i'm doing good, TQ. Doctors often ask about the color of your stool because if you're bleeding further up in your colon, the blood can mix with your stool and turn it black by the time it exits. This isn't always visible to the naked eye, so a test kit is often needed to detect it. In my case, the bleeding is near the rectum, so the blood is red, and it's accompanied by pain and dripping.

I always thought I had hemorrhoids because of my hard stool, but I continued to experience bleeding and pain even with soft stool.
If you think your symptoms are due to hemorrhoids, try drinking more water and eating more fruits. If the bleeding persists after a few weeks, it's better to get a checkup. You could also go for a checkup now, ask the doctor for advice, and consider doing the test. nod.gif  nod.gif

It pains because the cancer cell narrows the pathway of the colon especially at the beginning when the stool is hard.

TS, keep thinking positive and stay moderately active lifestyle.

I'm sure you can do it.
