They have two on-going projects (One listed and one not):
1) D'Idaman (Listed) 
2) RUMAWIP Tiara Tasik (?) (Not listed) 
What more can I do to check this developer's background? They have no official website, no past projects. Please advice on the quality of the elected architects, engineers, contractors, etc too. Need assistance before placing the booking fee. Thanks! |

Coneff is wholly-owned by Bina Bersatu Sdn Bhd, which in turn is 70% owned by Zamurni Sdn Bhd. This corporation was formed as a part of the JV with DBKL for the Desa Tasik Project. I feel that this company's reputation is not good. Google 'Vicomm Coneff'
And further check the company Bina Harta(Coneff owned by bina harta). check their completed projects listed on their website, the so called completed projects not actually built by Bina Harta(maybe just coordinate?), it looks like they are taking credit from others, it seems fishy This post has been edited by superdog: Jun 28 2024, 12:19 AM |
