NCD is 0% despite not making any insurance claim

My insurance expires in the day after tomorrow, so I was about to renew it online, only to discover that my NCD is at 0% (supposed to be 55%)
That's shocking and leceh. That's why I always renew mine whenever the new quotation is available (usually 1- 2 months before expiry). Also to avoid system cock ups. |
