It’s SG product. It has hold open function - that most of the usual “elbow” arms does not.

This type does not require drilling right? Just stick?

it look heavy and made from metal, it can hold up my condo main entrance fire resistant door with no problem, the double sided tape is strong, but dont forcefully close the door if it is hold up by the stopper, it might damage the door
but i think if want to remove the tape in future it might tear out part of the paint on the door, i dont think i ever need to take it out for now
so far i havent encounter any problem with cleaning and mopping, the stopper has very low profile and you can just mop or vacuum over it

overall it is a worthy purchase for me and very convenient for me the keep the door open when i'm moving my furniture into my house, and it can also prevent wind blowing and slam your door close or slam against the wall

but i dont think you can use this kind of stopper if you have SPC flooring or other flooring other than tiles and concrete
