Anyone having issues with the app keep auto close by itself as soon as you log in? Even after reinstalling the app also same. After at least 10 time retry logging in, i can access the Ui but i couldnt transfer out money. No error just stated null.. 😑

No idea if its a phone issue bro, tried clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, restart phone also same issue

That's the version i have. Running on S22 at the moment.

I had this issue last week, after i called support to unbind device cos i reinstated the app, it worked. Then today having same issue again.

Unfortunately, today support is non existent 😔

I suspect it's S22 above having problem cos now i changed back to my old samsung A70 to access boost bank. so far no issue.
