Anyone know what the error mesg in the attached photo mean?

Trying to DN from my Boost Bank acct to another Bank, also my account; but keep showing this error mesg after Face ID.

Ran into this same issue before; email Help... no reply at all

This is worst bank I have experienced. After I transfer all out, will not use this bank anymore.
