Is anyone facing issue for transfering out the money?

I kept stuck at the transfer authorisation page

Called CS told me my account is normal and help me reset but I still cannot transfer money out

I tried but isn't working 😭

Yes!!! There's no red button that's why I can't approve.

I was tried to unbind from the device so that I can install on another device to try but unfortunately I cannot approve any authorisation

Btw is anyone knows is there any charges for withdrawing from ATM? Got any limit for withdrawing?

I'm having issue with red button missing, until now also cannot resolve 😔
