you guys are able to login to Boost Bank App, android?
i just signed up yesterday, given 12-hour cooling off period when requesting for transfer.

after 12 hours, it said my phone got new login detected and required for unbinding old device. the prob is only 1 device i logged in since signup.

Now the app is unstable and keeps crashing.
Making a phone call to customer suppport more than 30mins, no one answers. damn!

it makes me wanna transfer all $ out from bloody boost bank

maybe the 2nd option is the root cause got the new login detected.
The app kept giving too many crashes on my samsung S23, i think i've ever uninstalled and reinstalled because of that.

managed to talk to an agent after waiting for like 45mins.
I was required to the face verification in the app, to rebind device and wait for 12-hour cool off.
The app crashed too many times for my face verifcation, till exceeding max biometrics attempts, gave me additional 6-hour cool off period to retry, wtf!

i now got to wait at least 18 hrs or until next morning i can only access, given that everything is smooth.
