yes very basic. Even account number already can guess got 700 people using it.
2.5% on main acc
3.6% on jar
link to boost ewallet. upgraded to platinum.
It is just very basic without anything. even no welcome gift. At least aeon and gxbank can get welcome gift. So not advisable to open if u dont mind to have basic saving acc.
Quite hard to navigate compare to gx and aeon.
Duitnow link dont work ..showed empty and unable to change to ic or mobile. one word to say, not ready and rush to out to market.
Dont understand the purpose of have an icon Bank at Boost ewallet but dont anything. may be only for change your status from, gold to platinum....lol

Yeah, it just launched and it's pretty basic right now, but I'm sure they'll add more features soon. As for using the app, I'm good with it since I've been using Boost for a while thumbsup.gif

countdown 2 days. should be less people apply as not syariah and not much benefit as advertised

[update]
Countdown 1 day left...tomorrow is the day..

Right now, it's just a normal account, but I'm sure they'll have a Syariah account soon. It just takes time to get approval from BNM.

Since Boost Bank just launched, they might be handling a lot of traffic and sign-ups right now..But anyway, just reach out to their support if you have any issues la
So far they are very helpful thumbsup.gif

I have GX and Aeon Bank from day one. Both are more superior in terms of benefits, UI and features.

Although I opened Boost bank account today, I will keep a minimal of RM20 just to see what they will offer in near feature in terms and benefits and features.  However,  based on today's launch, I feel Boost Bank have a lot to catch up. I don't use Boost wallet.

This is just the first stage of their rollout, so I'm sure they will introduce more services and products in the future..just like others when they first started.. One aspect I really like is that everything can be managed through their app, including opening an account. This is good, especially for first-time account holders or individuals who live far from a bank branch...just click click and done at the comfort of your home rclxms.gif

When GX and Aeon Bank first launched, they already had better benefits and features. I signed up with GX and Aeon Bank from day one and both banks are now my main bank accounts. Even my FD, I moved from conventional banks to Aeon Bank as their interest rate is 3.88% (at least until end August). Because I used GX and Aeon Bank app so extensively, that is why I say they are way ahead if Boost Bank but I hope Boost Bank will catch up with better benefits and features soon.

Btw, GX and Aeon Bank can also do everything through the app, including opening an account  biggrin.gif  This is the basic feature of digital bank.

Everything has a few bumps at the start, but it'll all be fine in the end. Just give it some time to grow. Personally, I chose Boost Bank because I use the Boost apps a lot. I think having competition is great for a healthy digital banking market.

they were forced to launch.

internally, they have issues too and they need to prioritize what can launch first (aka MVP or minimum viable product)

other features will come along later in the pipeline.

now, it's just diedie meeting bnm target to launch.

also integration with x-Pay takes resources to integrate. googlepay is zero setup fee. applepay, as usual, selective and stringent. there's some fees too.

it's not just a switch. there are 3rd party systems involved too. at least 2-3 parties to make the x-Pay work from end-to-end.
*
They're also regulated by BNM and PIDM to ensure all transactions are safe. So, adding third-party apps might take more time to plan, evaluate, and launch. While it could be convenient for users, as a bank, they need to stay a step ahead to prevent theft or unauthorized transactions.
